License Agreement for Job Snapp

Effective Date: October 30, 2025

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this License Agreement and these Terms of Service, Job Snapp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal or business use. This license allows you to access and utilize the features of Job Snapp in accordance with these terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Job Snapp.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Job Snapp.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Service or its content.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on Job Snapp.
• Use the Service to conduct or promote unlawful activities

3. Ownership

All rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret rights, in and to Job Snapp and its content are owned by or licensed to Job Snapp. This License does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using Job Snapp and destroy all copies of the software and related content.

5. No Warranty

Job Snapp is provided "as is.' We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of Job Snapp is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Job Snapp or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Job Snapp operates
